Guitar Hero 2Oh to be a rock star. We all dream of it at one point or another; yes even you in the back. The original Guitar Hero was an addictively fun time killer that put the gamer in control of the devil’s music. Although the sequel has been out on PS2 for some time now, Xbox 360 owners can finally rejoice when the Guitar Hero 2 package ($89) is released this week. It contains a wired guitar controller and features over 20 tracks of new and old tracks including GNR, Nirvana, and Iron Maiden to name a few. Remember; it’s only rock n’ roll but I like it.

Packed into the jet black case the Elite features an HDMI connnector and a 120GB hard drive which will enable users to download even more music, movies, and tv shows purchased on the Xbox marketplace. With a graphics card that enables resolutions as high as 1080 and full dolby surround, the Elite looks like one sweet machine and a great addition to any home entertainment system.

Many times this simple tool got us out of a jam but that’s another story entirely. The latest invention from Reef is the Dram Sandal ($45) that features an integrated screw cap flask in the heel capable of holding up to 3 ounces of liquid.
